Refund policy

We can offer a refund on a digital product purchase if the following is true:

• The customer has not downloaded a digital product
  
• The customer has not yet been sent the admin invite (for Squarespace websites)

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/ refunds on products, gift cards or Squarespace website templates once downloaded or received, due to the nature of digital products. If you would like to begin a refund process, please get in touch at info@palmsidedesign.com
